Whether you are a new teacher or a veteran, you can still continue your journey to become better. Everyday that I'm in a classroom or helping other teachers, I am sparked with aha moments. This is no surprise to me, because we are all operating on our own time clock and the process cannot be rushed.
I used to get frustrated about what I didn't know. Now, I realize that I wasn't ready for the information. This is important to remember as you embrace your own learning journey. Here are some ways that I might be able to support you.

Collaboration is a true art form, because we often walk away with a masterpiece that we could not have solved on our own. At times, our team needs some help getting started with the unit or lesson planning, especially when beginning a new program. I can meet with you as a team virtually or in-person to define the questions to be explored and create out-of-the-box thinking to move your team ahead. |

Nothing beats attending a professional development event. I can train on a wide variety of topics based on current educational research. Your role will be to decide which training is just right for your team at this moment in time.
