​Welcome to the first installment of an eight-part series on action through the IB Exchange.  

This guide uncovers the features of action and how it might look within the PYP programme.  Authentic action allows learners to respond to their learning through:
​
  • a change in attitude
  • a consideration or plan for aciton in the future
  • a demonstration of responsiblity; or respect for self, others, and the environment
  • a committment to leading or participating in a youth advocacy group
  • an enagement in school decision-making or an expression of support in community, local, and global decision-making.
